Council Meeting

THAT: The minutes of the meeting held on January 27, 2025 be confirmed.

THAT: Report PD-02-25 be

THAT: Report FD-01-25 relating to the Ministry of the Solicitor General Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) transition funding support be received for information; and further, THAT: Council direct that a by-law be prepared authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the transfer payment agreement with the Ministry of the Solicitor General for Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) transition funding support.

THAT: Report ES-02-25 relating to the First Avenue Reconstruction – Phase 2 Tender 2025-001 Award be received for information; and further, THAT : Council a ward Tender 2025-001 to Cassidy Construction London Ltd., in the amount of $ 1 ,410,159 , excluding HST.

THAT: Report CC-01-25 relating to the 2024 Corporate Customer Service Update be received for information .

THAT: Report CC-02-25 relating to the Council Meetings - 2024 Summary be received for information.

THAT: Report CC-04-25 relating to a Review of Procedural By-Law 110-82 be received for information.

THAT: Report CC-05-25 relating to Council Vacancy Declaration be received for information; and further, THAT: Council declare the office of Councillor to be vacant in accordance with section 262 of the Municipal Act; and further, THAT: Council fill the vacancy by appointment at a subsequent meeting of Council.

THAT: The recommendations, directions and actions of Council in Committee of the Whole as recorded in the minutes of this date be confirmed, ratified and adopted.

THAT: Leave be granted to bring in the following by-laws: 1. A by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council meeting held on February 3, 2025.

THAT: The by-laws be now read a first time,

THAT: The report of Council in Committee of the Whole on the following by-laws be received and adopted, the same be read a third time, engrossed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and numbered. 1. THAT: This meeting be closed to deal with a proposed or pending disposition of land, a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
