THAT: Report CMO-07-24 relating to the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan – Draft Action Plan be received for information; and further, THAT: Council be requested to provide initial feedback and input to the draft Action Plan and direct administration to finalize the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan - Action Plan for full Council endorsement at a later meeting date.
